The initial live integration connects to HubSpot, enabling teams to ask questions about contacts, deals, company records and activity in plain English: "Which deals closed last week?", "Show me contacts from the healthcare sector added this month", "What's the pipeline value for Q4?", or "Which high-value deals have gone quiet in the last 48 hours?"

Answers are generated on the spot, drawing from current HubSpot data.

What's Next: Cross-System Insights

The next demonstration use case will connect HubSpot and Google Drive simultaneously. This enables questions that span both systems: "Pull the proposal document for our largest active deal", "Show me meeting notes related to contacts in the New York region", or "Which clients have we shared pricing documents with this quarter?"

Following Google Drive, the roadmap includes Notion and Slack integrations, each maintaining documented security parameters and access controls.

Why Real-Time Matters

Many AI tools rely on static knowledge bases or periodic data syncs. Ragbricks queries source systems directly. When you ask a question, you receive an answer based on what exists now—not what existed when the last sync ran.
