How to Ask Better Questions of Your CRM

"Find deals that closed faster than average and tell me what activities happened in the first two weeks" asks the system to identify outliers and then analyse early-stage behaviour.

Pattern questions often provide the most actionable insights. "What do our lost deals have in common in terms of stakeholders involved?" requires comparing multiple closed-lost opportunities across different data dimensions. "Show me where we're talking to the right titles but losing deals anyway" needs to correlate contact seniority with outcomes. "Which sales reps consistently get budget conversations earlier in the cycle?" asks the system to analyse deal progression patterns by rep and identify differences in approach.

None of these questions require data your CRM doesn't already have. They just require the ability to articulate what you want to know in natural language and get an answer that connects information across different parts of your system in real time.
